The magnetic levitation long stator winding cable is a key core product of the magnetic levitation train traction power supply system. It is a medium voltage rubber cable laid in high curvature and variable frequency strong magnetic fields, providing suspension and operation power for the magnetic levitation train.
The 6km cable produced by our company in 2008 was laid on the highest speed section of the 430km/h maglev track of the Shanghai Pudong Maglev Demonstration Operation Line. It has been running safely and smoothly until now, and its technical reliability and safety have been fully verified. It can completely replace imported cables from Germany.
In 2017, our company participated in the National 863 Key Science and Technology Project "600 km/h Maglev Railway Long Stator Cable Project". In 2019, our company delivered finished cables to CRRC Qingdao Sifang Locomotive Co., Ltd. In 2021, we passed the engineering verification of a 600km/h maglev train, filling the domestic gap and obtaining one invention patent and two utility model patents, making outstanding contributions to the development of national intelligent transportation and smart cities.
